Research direction: New technology development in optical communication field　

　　Liu Shunfeng, studied wireless communication (major wireless) in Air Force Radar Army of Guangzhou Military Area in 1982, took office in Zhejiang Ruian Machinery and Electric Tools Plant (market research) in 1985, established Ruian South Industrial Product Development Company in 1990 and served as General Manager (electric motor and power research), established Shenzhen Shenqi Machinery and Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. and assumed the office of General Manager (operation automation control system), employed by Sanyue Degraded Resin (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and assumed the office of Constant Deputy General Manager and was in charge of the research of “controllable light and biological degradation amylum masterbatch and thin film”, and was awarded with key new product certificate issued by five Ministries of the country (the project certificate No. is 98G041D7000044). Organized scientists to research the core part of optical fiber connector—zirconia ceramic ferrule in Mar. 2001, and formed preliminary technology scheme in the research process. The research and development of this project took 6 years, and finally broke all the technical difficulties as zirconia new material formula, double-way positioned forming workpiece mould, dry compression control equipment etc. Limited by the geological area and other factor, the plant site was other selected, through the surveys, obtain the recognition and support of over 20 leaders and experts of governmental department in Beijing Zhongguancun, Shenzhen Technology Park, Nanjing Development Area, Shanghai, Zhangjiagang, Chengdu Industrial Development Area etc. After several negotiations with the leader of Zhangjiagang, established Suzhou Zhongguang Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Nanfeng Industrial Area of Zhangjiagang, and assumed the office of General Manager.
