Zhang Zhonggan, studied wireless major for four years since 1962, studied electronic computer technology major in the university for 4years since 1979, studied MIS (management information system) in Hong Kong in 1985 and 1986, assigned to U.S. AT&T Bell Laboratory, DUKE University to study CAPM (modern enterprise management).
