Graduated from Xinhua Spare-time University in 1976;

Worked in the Hong Kong Tongan Co., Ltd, a Subordinate company of the Feng ping fan group ( now named by East Asia Group), and has been promoted as the Manager of engineer Division in 1982. At the same time, worked as the Lab Technician in Department of Mechanical Engineering of HongKong Polytechnic University, and began to concentrate on writing books and papers on scientific and technological innovation.

Has been working as the chief editor of the “New Science and Technology ” magzine since Aug, 2004.

Worked concurrently as the investigator of topics “Innovative High-tech Industrialization in China” in Peking University since Jan to Dec, 2006.

Has been serving as head and Senior Investigator of (Hong Kong) Front Science and Technology Research Institute since Oct, 2007.

Has been recommended as the senior investigator in China and Asia-Pacific Economic Development Research Center in Apr, 2009.

Worked concurrently as memember of “Science and Technology in China” Magzine, and special invenstigator of the Academic Committee of Chinese Academy of Management Science Insitute.

Held a concurrent post as the member of the Symposium group on Developmental Strategy for Chinese Optical Communication Renovation and "Zhongguang Style” , which is organized by the Council Development Research Center in 2010.
